Lion King Jr. Coming Soon!
Asa Clark Middle School's drama classes/club will be performing the Lion King, Jr. Musical on May 11, 12, 13 & 14, 2016 from 6:00 - 7:15 p.m.each evening in the Pewaukee High School Auditorium.á The African savannah will come to life on stage with Simba, Rafiki and an unforgettable cast of characters as they journey from Pride Rock to theá jungle.....and back again.á Tickets are now on sale for these performances.á Please use the following link to reserve your seats!á

Teacher is Kohl Award Recipient
Asa Clark Middle School teacher Kathy Birkes-Drees is a recipient of the 2016 Herb Kohl Teacher Fellowship Award. Teacher Fellows receive $3,000 as well as their school that nominates them. Fellowship recipients are educators who have been chosen for their superior ability to inspire a love of learning in their students, their ability to motivate others, and their leadership and service within and outside the classroom. Only 100 teachers are chosen statewide for the honor.

Asa Clark Middle School's 8th grade promotion celebration for the Class of 2020 will be held the evening of June 9, 2016.á Please click here in order to reference more detailed information about the promotion celebration as well as other planned activities that are scheduled for the Class of 2020 during the school day on June 9, 2016.

ACMS 2016-17 OPEN HOUSE & IN-PERSON REGISTRATION
Asa Clark Middle School's 2016-17 Open House and In-Person Registration will be held on August 30, 2016 from 3:30 - 6:30 p.m.á

IN-PERSON REGISTRATION:á During this time frame, students will have the opportunity to:
  • Pick up an official copy of their 1st and 2nd semesters
  • Pick up their locker assignment and combination
  • Set-up their locker
  • Have their school picture taken
  • Receive information about school athletics and clubs
OPEN HOUSE:á During this time frame, parents/guardians and students will have the opportunity to:
  • Run through student schedule
  • Meet teachers

Congratulations to Mr. Steve Graf, for being selected as the 2016 Educator of the Year at Asa Clark Middle School.á Mr. Graf consistently displays the qualities of a life-long learner as he grows and helps our organization grow.á His pursuit of excellence in educating our children has positively influenced students, parents, and fellow educators.á Mr. Graf will be recognized at the Pewaukee Chamber of Commerce Awards Gala onáFebruary 19tháat Western Lakes Country Club.

ATTENDANCE REPORTING FOR STUDENTS
Please call the Attendance Office (262-695-5024) each morning (prior to 7:30 a.m.) your child will beáabsent from school or tardy to school.ááIf your child has an appointment during the school day, send a note with your child stating the time they need to leave and the reason.á Your child should bring this note to the Attendance Office prior to their first hour the day of their appointment to get an off-campus permit.
